Print and sticker add-on! +25€
For an additional price, I can turn your commission into an A5 print and holographic sticker set and ship it directly to you. Each set includes two copies of both, print and sticker. This add-on covers printing, packaging, and shipping, and is available for both half-body and chibi commissions!You don't need to decide on this add-on right away! Please read this carefully before ordering a commission. You accept and agree all these terms once you commision me.

◦ ◦ ◦ GENERAL ◦ ◦ ◦

▷ Commissions are not first come, first served.
▷ At least one visual reference of the character is required.
▷ I retain the copyright of the commissioned artwork (not the characters).
▷ I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission at any time.
▷ I reserve the right to publish the finish artwork on my socials, portfolio and self-promote related.
▷ If the commission is fanart, I reserve the right to print and sell it.
▷ Do not copy, trace, redistribute or use my work without permission.

◦ ◦ ◦ PAYMENT & REFUNDS ◦ ◦ ◦

▷ Payment is made upfront via PayPal invoice in EUR.
▷ VAT is included in the commission price.
▷ I will not start working until full payment has been received.
▷ I do not offer refunds once work on the commission has started.
▷ A refund will only be issued if I'm unable to complete your commission.
▷ In some cases, I may need some personal info (name, ID and address) to issue the invoice. I'll let you know via email.

◦ ◦ ◦ PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL USE ◦ ◦ ◦

▷ My commissions are for personal use by default.
▷ Commercial use is now available for an additional fee, which is specified in the form.
▷ You may not reproduce, resell or use the artwork for profit unless commercial rights have been purchased.
▷ You can post your commission in your socials as long as you credit me.
▷ NFT or AI software purposes are strictly prohibited and not allowed.

◦ ◦ ◦ HOW TO PROCEED ◦ ◦ ◦

▷ Fill out the commission form once you've read and understood these terms.
▷ You may submit the form multiple times with different proposals.
▷ I will review submissions regularly to select my next commission.
▷ If your commission is selected, I will email you to let you know.
▷ I'll show you the sketch for approval, this is the only stage where you can ask for major changes.
▷ I'll send another preview once I have the lineart and color base. At this stage, minor changes can be requested.
▷ Once the commission is finished, only detail changes can be done.
▷ The final artwork will be delivered via a Google Drive link sent by email.
