Please read this carefully before ordering a commission. You accept and agree all these terms once you commision me.

◦ ◦ ◦ GENERAL ◦ ◦ ◦

▷ Commissions are not first come first serve.
▷ At least one visual reference of the character is completely necessary.
▷ I retain the copyright to all commissioned work.
▷ I reserve the right to decline or cancel the commission at any time.
▷ I reserve the right to publish the finish artwork on my socials, portfolio and self-promote related.
▷ If the commission asked is fanart, I reserve the right to print and sell it.
▷ Do not copy, trace, redistribute or use my work without permission.

◦ ◦ ◦ PAYMENT & REFUNDS ◦ ◦ ◦

▷ Payment is upfront via PayPal invoice in EUR.
▷ VAT is included in the commission price.
▷ I will not start working until full payment is done.
▷ I won't make a refund once I started the commission.
▷ I will only make a refund if I cannot complete your commission.
▷ I'll need some personal info (name, ID and address) to issue the invoice.

▷ All my commissions are for personal use only.
▷ You cannot reproduce it or make any profit of it.
▷ If you are looking for comercial use, please contact me first.
▷ You can post your commission in your socials as long as you credit me.
▷ NFT or AI software purposes are strictly prohibited and not allowed.

◦ ◦ ◦ HOW TO PROCEED ◦ ◦ ◦

▷ Fill the commission form once you've read and understood these terms.
▷ You can fill the form multiple times with different proposals.
▷ I will check answers regularly to choose my next commission.
▷ If your commission is chosen, I will email you to let you know.
▷ I'll show you the sketch for approval, this is the only time when you can ask for major changes.
▷ Once the commission is finished, changes cannot be done.
▷ Once I finish your commission, I'll send it by a Google Drive link via email.
▷ Reminder this is a paid service for a digital product.
